Booked through traveloka and email them to inform room preferences. They asked detailed questions about occupancy and inform me about safety precaution during pandemic.
Check in was very fast and efficient. I was upgraded to Deluxe room with Bundaran HI view. The front office lady was very polite and hospitable. She escorted me to my room. My apology I can't remember her name.
The room itself was huge. It is more a junior suite. Huge size and luxurious. I have attached image of the bedroom. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed. Adjacent to the bed there's big sofa, table and working desk. Bathroom has bathtub. Upon requesting additional amenities, it was sent very fast.
Best thing about the service is that they have whatsapp number for all your needs. They attend to your whatsapp message promptly. I ordered room service dinner through it and the food was sent within 30 minutes.
My stay was flawless. No complaints whatsoever. Loved the room, the location and most importantly the service.
Unfortunately at the time of my stay, all of the facilities were closed due to government regulation. So I did not have chance to review them.
